This Outcome Evaluation Report aims to present an analysis of the effectiveness of the Social Worker Competency Development Programme conducted at the Malaysian Social Institute (ISM), Ministry of Women, Family and Community Development, during the period of 2018-2019 under the operating expenditure allocation. As a Public Training Institute (ILA) under the Ministry, ISM plays a key role in providing and delivering capacity and competency development programmes for social workers, including Community Development Officers at the Department of Social Welfare and cadre social work officers interested in joining the programme.
