A portal link for the Public Service Department (JPA), developed as a reference source for Human Resource Service Circulars, replacing the existing portal. The MyPPSM portal provides access to all policies issued by JPA in the form of Service Circulars (PP), Service Circular Letters (SPP), and Circular Notices (SE).
