Twelve hypotheses were developed as the foundation of this study, which utilised field surveys in the form of questionnaires to achieve its objective of identifying the current types of workplace discrimination faced by women and understanding its role and implications on their mental health. The study population comprised 5.1 million working women in Malaysia, with a sample size of 411 used for reporting the analysis. A simple random sampling technique was employed for data collection. Descriptive analysis and partial least squares were used to analyse the primary data obtained from the respondents' feedback.
